It focuses on the practical side of transformational change and works with communities and partners to develop projects that meet real social needs. With long experience in training, expertise, and facilitation, Korimako helps communities move through complex changes. The organisation is based in Slovenia, and works both nationally and across the wider South-East Europe region.
About the Project
Growing Mission-led Change Capacities in Slovenia and SE Europe
The goal of this project is to empower leaders to tackle key challenges that European communities are facing in an innovative way. Responses to challenges such as inequality, climate breakdown, financial crises and rising injustice and conflict remain slow and narrow. Korimako’s project aimed to rethink old approaches and strengthen the abilities of more than 20 community leaders to guide mission-led social change. Korimako designed, promoted and delivered a two-part training programme for community leaders in Slovenia and South-East Europe, preceded by an informational session.
