Chris Moll
Senior Expert
Chris Moll is employed as Senior Manager/ Expert Security Sector Governance (SSG/R) & Legal Reform at the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs/CMP. He has been seconded as diplomat for the EU/EEAS to EUCAP Somalia as Senior Legal Advisor/Chief of Rule of Law Advisory Unit, and to EUAM Ukraine/EUACI as Senior Adviser on Anti-Corruption.
Previously, he co-founded and directed the European Academy for Law and Legislation (EALL), delivering training on regulatory governance and reform internationally. Moreover, he has engaged in anti-corruption, security sector governance and legal reform project activities in 25+ countries, across multiple regions for commissioning entities (e.g. OSCE, OECD). Initially, he served in the Royal Netherlands Navy.
Chris Moll holds academic degrees from Royal Netherlands Naval College (Bsc.), the University of Amsterdam (LLB, LLM, International law), the International Anti-Corruption Academy, IACA (MA, Anti-corruption Studies) and is alumnus of the European Security and Defense College, ESDC (Brussels) and Clingendael Academy (The Hague).
He is listed consultative expert for the Working Group on Bribery (OECD), member of the Group of Experts on Democratic Law Making and Public Consultation (OSCE/ODIHR) and former board member of Transparency International Netherlands, TI-NL, and the Institute For Financial Crime, IFFC (The Hague).
