Chris Moll (Amsterdam) obtained a BSc in Naval Science and Operational Studies from the Royal Netherlands Naval College, an LL.B and LL.M. (specialisation: international law, European law and public administration) from the University of Amsterdam and an MA in Anti-Corruption Studies (MACS) from the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), Laxenburg (A).
After serving in the Royal Netherlands Navy in various positions, he worked as senior adviser of labour governance at the Dutch Centre for Public Sector Labour Relations (CAOP). Furthermore, he conducted comparative research at the University of Amsterdam and the OECD (Paris) on issues related to labour governance.
After managing the European Academy for Law and Legislation, he carried out expert missions as a consultant on Good Governance, Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption for a number of international organisations (among which the OECD, OSCE and the World Bank) in Europe, the Balkans, the MENA-region, South Caucasus and Central Asia.
Chris Moll has been (Board) Member of Transparency International Netherlands (TI-NL) and has worked closely with TI-UK and TI-S (International Secretariat, Berlin), executing advocacy work and giving peer review. Currently, he is a Board member of the Institute For Financial Crime (IFFC, The Hague).
