The Netherlands Helsinki Committee’s Programme Manager Integrity & Accountability, Mladen Mladenov, will be joined by Ilya Lozovsky, staff writer and senior editor at Organised Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), for an in-depth discussion on how the rule of law is being undermined with the help of malign foreign influence. Lozovsky will also reflect on building resilience, in order for our democracies to be better equipped to counter hybrid threats with the rule of law serving as a foundation for a stable and secure society.

Following the moderated discussion, there will be plenty of time for a Q&A with the audience, as well as networking over some bites and drinks.
