16 July 2013This year the NHC coordinates the annual General Assembly of the EU-Russia Civil Society Forum, which will take place in The Hague on 5-7 October. The EU-Russia Civil Society Forum is a platform aimed at promoting cooperation between civil society in Russia and the European Union.
Foundation Max van der Stoel established
